• 1. Incoming raw materials

  Scrap steel, ferrochrome, carburizer, coated sand are the important raw materials of our company to manufacture casting balls, raw and auxiliary materials are used in stock system, on demand, out of stock replenishment. Once the raw materials appear rust stains water stains oil and other defects, refuse to enter the factory.

  

  

  2. Electric-furnace smelting

  We have 8 medium frequency induction furnaces, fully equipped with dust removal devices, before and after the furnace OBLF spectral direct reading instrument for composition comparison test of molten iron, the composition ratio must be controlled within the target set range value

  

  

  3. Automatic pouring machine

  Automatic pouring machine, the pouring temperature is controlled within the set range, the temperature is suitable for pouring, and the pouring flow rate is smooth and stable, to ensure the stability and consistency of product performance

  

  

  4. Production equipment

  Casting ball automatic production line, high scientific and technological content, improve efficiency, quality control, safety index is stable. From the operation process of mold, turning, opening and closing mold, sand shooting and temperature regulation, all use numerical control equipment to achieve digital management process.

  

  

  5. Detached whipped ball

  It has two automatic whipped ball separation lines with a daily capacity of more than 100 tons, equipped with dust removal and sound insulation equipment.

  

  

  6. Appearance sorting

  Appearance sorting to achieve manual sorting, according to defective product sorting standards, the defective products will be selected for correction, and the scrapped products will be selected for re-smelting.
